E.V.I., Inc. is an installation organization dedicated to the design, fabrication, and installation of kitchen ventilation and pollution control equipment specializing in the food service industry. We actively solicit food service equipment dealers, food service consultants, restaurateurs and mechanical contractors in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Started in 1995, the company's three principals, Richard Hayes, Mark Conklin, Matthew Dwyer amass over 80 years experience in related fields. They possess the ability to field survey and design the equipment required for a well-engineered and energy efficient kitchen  ventilation system. 

From small Deli shops to school cafeterias to major restaurants, E.V.I., Inc. provides services for a wide variety of customers.

Fully staffed with a production facility and support personnel, E.V.I., Inc. can meet the needs of all of our customers. We also provide service on all of our hoods, fans, heated make-up air units and air cleaners.
